Nitro Rabbit Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the websites nitrorabbitlabs.com and relayrabbit.ai, the RelayRabbit text messaging platform, and the services and applications described on them (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights and choices. If you receive text messages sent through RelayRabbit, Section 5 explains how we handle your mobile information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration information (name, email, password); profile and business information; content you upload, post, or transmit through the Services; communications you send to us (support inquiries, feedback, marketing responses); and payment information (processed through our payment processors).

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically.

When you use the Services, we automatically collect: device and usage information (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language); log data (pages visited, links clicked, time and date of access, referring URL); cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy); and approximate location (derived from IP address).

1.3 Information from Third Parties.

We may receive information from: identity providers and single sign-on services (if you use them); integration partners (with your authorization); and publicly available sources for enrichment and verification.

1.4 Information Our Customers Provide About Their Contacts.

Businesses that use RelayRabbit (our “customers”, usually home-services contractors) add information about the people they text, such as real estate professionals and homeowners. This includes name, mobile number, email address, brokerage or company, relationship notes, consent records and the messages exchanged. We process this information on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the customer that provided it. The customer is responsible for having the right to provide it, and the customer’s own privacy policy also applies.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Services; (b) process transactions, send invoices, and provide customer support; (c) communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and product updates; (d) send marketing communications (subject to your preferences); (e) detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity; (f) comply with legal obligations; (g) deliver text messages on behalf of our customers, including AI-assisted drafting, and operate messaging compliance controls such as opt-out handling, send-time windows and do-not-call checks; and (h) for any other purpose described to you at the time of collection.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your personal data include: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, where not overridden by your rights.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service Providers: vendors that host, process or deliver information for us under contracts that limit their use of it, such as cloud hosting, text message delivery, AI drafting, payment processing and customer support.
  • Compliance and Safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order; to respond to wireless carriers, the industry messaging registry or regulators about messages sent through the Services; and to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, message recipients and the Services.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With Your Consent: when you direct us to share information, for example by connecting an integration such as Roofr.
  • Aggregated or De-Identified: information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, used for analytics and to improve the Services.

All of the sharing categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which we never share with third parties (see Section 5.4).

5. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) AND MOBILE INFORMATION

5.1 How RelayRabbit Texting Works.

Each text message sent through RelayRabbit is sent by the business named in the message (the “Sender”), usually a home-services contractor. The Sender decides who receives its messages and must obtain your consent first. We operate the RelayRabbit platform and deliver messages on the Sender’s behalf through our text messaging provider and the wireless carriers. 5.2 Mobile Information We Process.

When you receive or send text messages through RelayRabbit, we process: your mobile number; your consent record (the date and time, the consent language shown to you, how you gave consent and, for online consent, IP address and device information); the content of messages sent and received, including AI-drafted text and any edits made by the Sender; delivery information such as timestamps, carrier and delivery status; and your opt-out, HELP and other requests.

5.3 How We Use Mobile Information.

We use mobile information only to deliver the Sender’s messages and your replies; to honor opt-out and HELP requests; to apply send-time windows, frequency limits and do-not-call checks; to draft messages with AI assistance for the Sender; to keep the records that the law and wireless carriers require; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to answer questions or complaints about messages. We do not allow our AI providers to use message content to train their models.

5.4 Sharing of Mobile Information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that deliver the messaging service, such as our text messaging provider, the wireless carriers and our hosting provider, which may use this information only to provide that service. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers, and we never provide them to lead generators or data brokers. Consent you give to one Sender is never shared with, or made available to, any other business on RelayRabbit.

5.5 Opting Out and Getting Help.

You can stop messages from a Sender at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT) or by telling the Sender in plain words. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages from that Sender. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@relayrabbit.ai. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

5.6 Retention of Messaging Records.

We keep consent records for at least five (5) years after the last message sent under that consent, message records for at least five (5) years after the last message to that number, and opt-out records permanently, so that an opt-out is always honored. We keep these records even after a Sender stops using RelayRabbit, because the law and wireless carriers require them.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and purpose and are set in our Data Retention Schedule. Text messaging records are kept as described in Section 5.6. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are headquartered in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable) for international transfers of personal data.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@nitrorabbitlabs.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Marketing communications: You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We will still send service-related communications.

9. CALIFORNIA RIGHTS (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain uses of personal information. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA. To exercise California rights, contact us at privacy@nitrorabbitlabs.com.

10. SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete it.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as by email or in-product notification).
